7. Continuity, Permanency and Transparency

8. Co-operation and Mitigation among Neigbouring Countries

Iam very optimistic of my ability to take on the mantle despite the continuation and presence of the Incumbent.

I appeal and urge all Ugandans to  value their Health and Lives by avoiding and shunning Political affiliations and arguements so that together we may make Happiness, Joy and Peace to reign in Uganda by completely eliminating Misery and Poverty which can ONLY be done when at the Helm of Leadership HENCE the need to change on the current Leadership which is partisan and restore it with an INDEPENDENT Leader like me, who is willing to work with every body irrspective of Party affiliation, tribe, religion and or color.
